My name is Gareth Sager and this is my experience

I was brought up in the construction industry and have worked in in it since I was eighteen.
I spent a decade working as a set dresser on feature films and television mini series.
I became an avid photographer in my youth and take photos every chance I get. I never go anywhere without a camera.
I have worked with 360 degree cameras for several years and have mastered the editing techniques necessary to give you the vision that you need to track the progress of your home and gain peace of mind.

I am your eyes. My sophisticated 360 degree camera and my editing experience allows me to capture your home's journey, from excavation to completion with precision, ensuring you stay informed and stress-free throughout the building process.

My camera can act like a drone for overviews, but will easily walk through framed up construction and get into tight spaces to give you an accurate view of everything that has changed from the last report.

In order to maintain the strict privacy of my clients, I am unable to reveal the location of this job site or the name of the owner. I will do the same for you.

I have sped up the full report, down from 7 minutes to 20 seconds, to offer a snapshot of the work I will do on your behalf. The version at actual walking speed is what you would see after each scheduled visit.

Here is how it works

I visit the job site on the scheduled day, cover all the work in 360 degree video, spend the time necessary to edit the raw footage, and send a link to the completed report to your email.
You decide on the frequency of visits and we establish a schedule. The frequency is up to you and you can change it as the job progresses.
Then, of course, I send you an invoice, you pay me by e-transfer, and we move forward, together.
